30-day returns

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return

Email hello@mogu.family with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your return.

Faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it free of charge.
